Inspired by the bodysurfing film Come Hell or High Water, The Plight of the Torpedo People, Dan Hunter started shaping handboards in 2014. Years of shaping, tinkering, and wooden prototypes led to the first DaHANDBoard in 2023.

By 2025, modern tech and salty obsession pushed it further—evolving into the modular DaHANDSwell, crafted for the next wave of bodysurfing. 3D printed by Printerior with recycled PETG, glassed with Entropy Resins, and finished with custom straps. The result, a dual-fin OG model, and the modular Pro model, featuring the 3rd DaBOLDTFin and DaHANDFoil.
